Passive Fire Protection System

Fire Rated Door

PCJ Fire Rated Door with a fire resistance rating up to 3 hours used as a part of passive fire protection system to reduce the spread to fire and smoke between separate compartments of a structure where fire separation is necessary as per NFPA 101, BNBC. PCJ double/ single fire rated door leaf, door frame, hinge, automatic door bottom seal, smoke seal, exit device, vision panel, door closer, door coordinator, door holder and other equipment designed and manufactured in Thailand to meet ANSI/ UL 10C & CAN/ULC-S104 standards.

Fire Rated Damper

PCJ/Tyco Fire Rated Damper with a fire resistance rating up to 3 hours used as a part of passive fire protection system in heating, ventilation and air conditioning ducts to prevent the spread of fire inside the ductwork through fire resistance rated walls and floors. PCJ’s different models of fire rated dampers are designed and manufactured in Thailand to meet ANSI/UL555 & CAN/ULC-S112 standards.

Fire Rated Drywall

Gyproc/ Proroc Drywall is a high performance lightweight partition system consisting of GI steel frame encased with gypsum plasterboards on either side attached through drilling drywall screws. The joints are then taped and finished with gypsum jointing compound which is able to give up to 3 hours fire protective rating in both horizontal and vertical separation. These systems are used for hotels, hospitals, residential, entertainment (cinema wall) and industrial sector. The gypsum boards and other components of drywall designed and manufactured in Thailand, UAE to meet NFPA standard and tested & certified to UL standard.

Fire Retardant Paint and Spray

Hempacore One 436000 is a one component, solvent –borne, physically drying intumescent coating for passive fire protection of structural steel against cellulosic fire. The Paint is designed and manufactured in Denmark, tested and approved in accordance with UL standard and EN13381-8 standards for up to 03 hours fire protection.

Smoke and Fire Curtains

Kent smoke and fire curtains with a fire resistive rating up to 03 hours used as a part of passive fire protection system in void edge separation, lift lobby & elevator separation etc. The Kent automatic smoke and fire curtains have been tested in accordance with BS, BS EN and UL standards and are covered by CERTIFIRE-third party accreditations together with UL follow up service. Kent management systems are registered and certified by ISO 9001:2015. In addition, the products are certified by Dubai Civil Defense, Kuwait Civil Defense, Qatar Civil Defense and Hong Kong FSD.
